By analysing the complete line plan and making targeted adjustments where appropriate, we restore the wing as closely as possible to its original certified trim.

Our Fabric Condition Assessment combines porosity testing and Bettsometer tear-strength testing to provide a comprehensive evaluation of canopy health. Using calibrated equipment, we measure the fabric's ability to retain internal air pressure and assess its resistance to tearing, providing objective data on the effects of age, UV exposure and operational wear.

Our Line Strength Testing service uses calibrated load-testing equipment to measure the breaking strength of selected suspension line samples. The results provide objective data on line condition, helping identify strength loss caused by age, wear and environmental exposure while supporting informed maintenance and replacement decisions.

Our Line Manufacturing service provides precision fabrication and replacement of paraglider suspension lines using manufacturer-approved materials and specifications. Each line is accurately measured, terminated and quality checked to ensure consistency, reliability and compatibility with the wing's original design.
